• Input Stories & Chat Logs: The text descriptions and chat snippets you submit for relationship analysis.
• Audio Recordings: Voice transcripts generated via speech-to-text if you record using the microphone.
• Payment Details: Transacted through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store credit card or banking credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate tailored relationship insights, vibe assessments, and guidance logs.
• Maintain and sync your profile history (Pattern Memory).
• Secure your account and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Communicate updates, support notifications, or system changes.

3. Text Anonymization & Data Security

We prioritize security. When you upload chat logs, our server automatically runs sanitization procedures to strip out phone numbers, email addresses, and names before saving snippets to the database. All connection data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, lease, or distribute your raw relationship data to third parties. We share anonymized story/snippet data securely with OpenAI APIs solely to generate your analyses. Your inputs are not used for OpenAI public model training.
