Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Intuitly. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below carefully before purchasing a premium pass.

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the digital nature of relationship analyses and the immediate, non-recoverable third-party AI processing costs incurred on our servers for each request, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an analysis, vibe summary, or follow-up question response has been generated.

2. Subscription & Account Cancellation

Intuitly premium access operates as a prepaid 30-day membership. Your account access will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan at the end of the 30-day billing cycle. Because there is no recurring auto-billing, there is no active subscription to cancel, and you will never be charged automatically in the future.

3. Technical and Billing Exceptions

We want to ensure a fair experience. We will manually evaluate refund requests in the following specific circumstances:

To request an exception refund, please email us at support@intuitly.com within 48 hours of purchase. Please include your registered account email and the Razorpay transaction ID.

4. Abuse Policy

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. scraping, prompt injection, or automated API abuse), the user forfeits any active premium access time and is not eligible for a refund.
