2. Description of Service

Intuitly provides users with relationship insights, vibe summaries, compatibility metrics, and pattern history analyses using artificial intelligence model reasoning. The suggestions provided by our AI are for entertainment and reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional counseling, therapy, or psychological advice.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fair Use & Subscription Limits

We offer both free tiers and paid subscription plans (Pro Plan):

• Free Plan: Limited to 2 partner connections and 3 analyses per day.
• Pro Plan: Offers up to 10 partner connections, pattern memory charts, and a daily limit of 20 analyses per day.

Abuse of our services (e.g., scraping, automated API calling, script-spammed uploads) will result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Intuitly and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, or any outcomes resulting from relationship decisions inspired by the app.
